Chertoff: Didn’t Realize Hurricane Was Coming
Chertoff laid blame for his lack of awareness of what a Hurricane could do to a community on his inability to watch TV news reports about the disaster. He said this was probably due to recently switching to from the Dish Network to Digital Cable. His lack of foresight contributed to his inability to find the Weather Channel on his new system.
